The 2 villas are situated near of each other, in a special natural frame, intimate and tranquil, in centre of the famous resort Sinaia. The name ‘ Valea Iancului’ (Iancu’s Valley) is gived after the name of the brook which cross the complex’ court. The villas have sound proof windows and it brightens with private central heating. The first villa has 12 accommodation places divided such as: 6 double rooms ( 2 with common bathroom and 4 rooms with private bathroom ). The second villa has 12 accommodation places : double rooms, 2 quadruple, 3 bathrooms. On request (at payment ) is possible colour TV. The tourists have access to table ware, fridge, gas cooker etc. The complex has a special place (80 mp) for meal’s preparateds and serve or for conferinces, parties etc. This place is separated by the 2 villas. In the summer time is arranged a terrace with a fountain completing this place’s charm and glamour.
